I racked the cider 4 times over the frementation. How long should it take to carbonate so I can see if it was because it was flat?

Hey suggestions on bottling? I don't have the equipment to keg it or cask it so what should I prime it in the bottle it with dextrose or DME?

I have my first batch of cider well on its way. quick question, will the temperature effect the time an quality of the clarifying cider? will it be better to put it in the fridge to let the crap fall out of solution or is it fine at room temp? (my house is 78 degrees)

In that case I think I am gonna try to make a clone this fall!
