I was an extract brewer in the late 1990's. Then I had kids... I am now looking to start brewing again with the idea of having an all-homebrew bar in our basement (slated to be finished August/September '09).
My recent rekindling of intrest in homebrewing has made me think that I need to make the jump to All-Grain brewing, so I'm currently amassing as much info and ideas as I can in preparation for my first All Grain brew.
