I am looking at building a similar system, what do you think about adding a lower shelf, just above the wheels, with stainless mesh for storage. Or do you think that would be a waste? (I question if the space would really be convenient enough for additional storage)

One thing I have thought of was to put another level at the bottom of the stand with mesh to place hoses and any other used brew items for storage.
