I brewed this a couple years ago and loved it, but I dry hopped it with 1/2 oz perle for some extra 'juice'. I would like to do it again according to this recipe.

I have been getting into this a lot lately and it works well for me. It is free but I donated to help them put together some additional features for the site.

any word on the diacetyl rest or lack thereof? How did the brew turn out?

Are you planning to bring any to share at an Lancaster County Brewers meeting?

I am thinking of doing something similar to redbaron24's but I was more inspired by this http://www.sheltonbrothers.com/beers/beerProfile.asp I guess it adds up to about the same idea. Chocolate wheat sounds good but I am thinking a Schwarzbier recipe and just ferment with Weizen yeast.
