Further update.. 4th of july brought six of the in 160z bottles chilled in igloo or 6 hours and then a day in Fridge.. What a difference letting the Beer age and the Chilling over time does.. I had no complaints ro my panel of satisfied satisfied satisfied on the 4th.. Love my Art..lol

Just a small update of the coopers dark ale. Those Bottles were opened literally on that date of the two week carbonation process. I let my father try one of the Coopers dark ale only a couple of days after, and it had a much nicer head on it as it was poured in a smaller glass...
I must say I was please with how it turned out...A this was the first tasting after 14 days of Carbonation.. Smooth and Tasty and it will only get better
