This is my first batch of beer. Brew day was two weeks ago, primary fermentation stopped about 5 days ago. Is this ready to add sugar and bottle? I've emptied the trub jar twice. As you can see there is still stuff in the mason jar, but there are still proteins floating on the top of the wort...
