    What's the process for bottling kombucha?

    Hey I'm still new and learning....sort of confused by all the variation within the whole process of making kombucha. Is priming necessary? How do you know how much to use if you do? "Start off with enough sugar for 2.0 volumes of CO2." I don't know what you mean by 2.0 volumes
