    Most music these days is complete garbage. I do agree there is some alright music coming out, but it is far and few between. 60's to the 90's had some great music. The past ten years haven't had any great music. If Lady Gaga keeps going strong then the next ten years may be just as bad.

    Blood Orange Hefeweizen

    I just bottled this the other day. I followed the recipe and left it in the primary for 2 and a half weeks, the fermentation was vigorous. When bottling i tasted it and it seemed watered down and was more clear then cloudy, would this be normal. This is my 2nd batch so excuse any ignorance.

    Sanitizing Bottle Caps

    I boil mine for a while. I believe i read somewhere that this was acceptable for sanitizing as well as it creates a better seal since the "rubber" is more pliable.     Welcome, i go to beer essentials as well. The dreadlock hippie dude is completely unhelpful, the short dude with glasses has always been helpful and seems to be knowledgeable. Silver City is awesome btw, skip the floats and get some fat bastard.
