5 gallons of Stout (my first batch ever brewed)
5 gallons of Strawberry Wheat
5 gallons of pumpkin ale (with pumpkin added)
5 gallons of pumpkin ale (all spices.. no pumpkin added)
5 gallons of red honey ale (russian)
these are all in secondaries at this point... just started brewing a month...
this will be my next batch. How long did you leave it mature in the fermentor and did you allow extra time in bottle maturing (keg maturing?) or just 2 weeks, chill and drink?
