Pliny. All day every day. Heady possibly has the best aroma of any dipa ever but the flavor is utterly meh. I don't get the infatuation with Heady at all.

Thanks to Dale and Dylan for getting this done. I do have a concern with the crystal 15 I was given. It doesn't look or smell like any light crystal I've ever used before. Plus it was a Thomas Fawcett malt and they don't even have a crystal 15. Can any of the others that shared that split...

As far as Briess goes, I'm only involved in a carapils split . If it needs to be switched to Best Malz BZ-CPLS I'm all for it. I'm not all that crazy with Breiss as a malster anyways.
