I am a 49 year old male and began brewing in 1998. I quit for several years and have started back up. I am not an all grain brewer and don't intend to be. My hats off to the all grain guys. I have recently went to kegging and loving it. I love all types of beer as long as there are no spices in it. My favorites are bitters and stouts.
