Well took a sample. F.G. is 1.000 tastes a little off can't explain it. took another sample further down same F.G. but very cloudy and almost smells like a band aid didn't taste due to how cloudy it was. What you guys think?

Ok so I was bottling my first batch tonight when my bottle capper went dodo. So I have about a 12 pack worth of unfinished brew in my bottle bucket and I think it would be a shame to waste all that beer.

My first brew has been in the fermenter for 3 weeks wondering if its safe to bottle tomorrow or should I wait one more week. I really want to do it so bad but read 4 weeks is best.

I've noticed that I'm losing a lot of water volume as it boils. I'm I losing any flavor or anything else

I'm going to get my first kit and I want to get an immersion chiller because I read palmer's book and it stated it's better to use chillers instead of an ice bath.. There are two types, stainless steel and copper I was just wondering which type would be recommend.
