Hi all, am new to the forum and mead making. I want to make my 1st. carboy of mead, what I have is 1gal honey,3gal water,1lb cherrys (tart) and Lalvin EC-1118 wine yeast, 1cup orange juice, and some raisens. I don't know how much yeast to use, and if that is enough honey. what do you think...
