It is the percent done relative to OG and FG. I have been using brewfather for a long time with ispindels and you can see this is the case in both the pictures you grabbed from the web.

picked up a dual tap model from Bryce and very happy. Communication was great, and item is working well. Replaced the hose barb with duotight/evabarrier.

Is there any reason to avoid using barrier tubing (e.g. EVAbarrier) and push-in fittings vs FFL? I would expect those ball lock jumpers to be somewhat restrictive compared to another joiner.
