    Look im just tring to help. I too am a licensed electrician. And if you have water around an outlet you have to have a gfi. Dont believe me ask an inspector, google it, buy a book. And you will find that if it was up to code it will need it.

    Im not sure of your power needs. But I saw your electrical plate and thats a 120v plate. your standard outlet. Another option is a gfi breaker you install it in your break panel and it covers everything at once source. Talk to your local home depot electrical employee and they can help you out...

    A gfi electrical outlet is the outlets in your kitchen or bathroom. Or at least should be if they are up to code. With you have a sink in there and also producing a liquid. I would recommend a gfi outlet. If it shorts with contact of water it trips instead of shokcing you. They arent much more...

    If I were you I would make it a one door design. Just one less crack do deal with. Make it a long swinging door if possible. Times two on the on the weather stripping.     Well I live in georgia. But As of right now my taste is a guiness style. I will check out all the links so thank you. I see that ahs has plastic primaries. Isnt it better to use glass because its not porous?

    no i know exactly what you mean. OK so how does the wort cooler lines work? The brass coils? And what is a over flow valve? I understand the concept but why do when do you use it?
