- Home Brewing Biography
- I mainly brew 1 gallon, 1.5 gallon or 2.5 gallon batches. This allows me to brew more and different kinds of beer. I brew usually once a month unless I am asked to brew a beer for someone. With my larger system, I had a problem with finishing with a lower OG and FG. I recently started doing my 1 gallon batches with the BIAB method. This has saved me some time and got me back on track with brewing better beer. Once I dial this in again, I will proceed with brewing larger batches.
