    Hi Gonefishing, I got it off Ebay. I think it was the same seller as the inkbird PID's but can't be sure. I was being a bit OCD and wanted them to match. It works fine.     Mine didn't seem hot either. So who knows. I also changed the control cable from the PID to a screened twisted pair. Not sure if that helped but it was the spec'd cable.

    Had the same problem with eBay foteks. Probably a knock off. They're on the list for an upgrade. Light would flash on and off but it wasn't actually switching. I added a computer fan to the side of the cabinet and the problem has gone away for now.
