Sorry for the delay in getting back to this, work has been busy. I got a t-peice which seems to have helped with the consistency part. I still had to offset the temp probe by 17 but this seems better. Thanks again for the help!

Thank you all for the reply’s. Here is a picture of my setup. The temp probe is the triclamp fitting to the right of the outlet. I will reach out to Auber as well to get their opinion. Thanks, Jon
