I emailed Green Flash awhile back about this recipe and nothing. Not even a reply. I was pretty disappointed, not enough to stop drinking the beer though. Trader joe's carries it at a good price. The web site says: Golden naked oats, dark crystal and roasted malt 8.8% abv 45 IBU I think...

I installed the same controller in the same frigidaire frig and haven't noticed any problems with condensation. It actually seems pretty dry inside. Except for the time I had my airlock blow and there was double ipa all over the place!

I have a kegging system on the way from kegconnection. Should be here Thursday. They were quick to ship. We'll see how everything turns out. I cannot wait to keg my first batch that is fermenting right now. One big bottle instead of 50, what a relief.

I luckily have the exact same fridge so this was a slam dunk. The wiring instructions, the settings, everything you posted made it so easy. I really appreciate it. I probably wouldn't have attempted this build without the write up. So I am fermenting in the fridge side and have all my bottles...
