I started brewing a few years ago; with a mr beer i got as a gag gift(but actually ended up wearing it out) and its been a bit of an obsession ever since. I'm from San Diego and relocated to Austin for school.I just finished culinary school and currently work @ Austin Homebrew Supply. I'm mostly a mini-mash brewer(just not set up for allgrain).
