I am using a two pot system. Should I put a HERMS coil through my expensive pot or through the Lid. I have seen posts on each and am at this point looking for something more condensed.

I just had my water analyzed. Ph 8.1 TDS 502 Sodium 152 ppm Calcium 22 Mg 4 Total hardness 72 Cl 91 HCO3 307 CaCO3 254 P .002 Fe <.01 Anybody have any recommendations on how to lower the total dissolved solids Etc. I really don’t want to put in an RO system.

My wife surprised me with a Brewie. Three weeks later they upgraded their machine. The one I had not used at the time. They would not let me do a straight up exchange. Now my unit will not drain. I am on hour two on calibration...... Pissed beyond words
