    Home brewing in Japan

    Hi FunkyChef... I am in Niigata City... You been brewing long? Would be interested in knowing where you get your supplies especially sanitiser. At the moment I am using bleach and as I am bottling it is a real pain washing, sanitising and rinsing. I haven't been able to find any no-rinse sanitiser.

    Japan, Iwate, Morioka club start

    Just started homebrewing lately (5 batches so far) Would be interested in joining a homebrew club, but I am in Niigata. Not sure there are any clubs near by...
