I normally juice all my fruit like Ginger, Lemongrass, and Cranberries as an example. I normally do at least 2 gallon batches and will decant into a separate jar and flavor the whole batch for 1 day then bottle for at least week depending on temperature to let the carbonation build.
I joined just to say thanks for the link you posted to the cork spigot :ban:, I've been looking for that exact piece for my glass barrel that I picked up at World Market and did not want to use the plastic spigot that came with it.
