New to the home brewing craft, but not to fermentation. I am a fermentation biologist with a large chemical company, and have decided to try my art on something a little more consumable than most of my products. Unfortunately, as of right now, I do not have access to the type of Bioreactors that I commonly use everyday, but maybe when I'm rich (haha) I can afford them for some very amazing beer.
