    How is your off-flavor, is it more a spicy and burning sensation? Or on the bitter side, maybe black-tea like? And how much hops did you use for dry hopping? My process is: - infusion with 1-2 rests in a big pot - filter and sparge in a bucket & perforated plate - Boil in the same pot again...
