    all-grain set up?

    I just switched to All Grain myself. Converted an igloo cooler to a mash tun with a bazooka screen, bulkhead, and ball valve from bargain fittings. I already had two 5 gallon stock pots and I'm doing three gallon batches right now. Even If I did 5 gallon all I'd need is a larger boil kettle...

    Just bottled the first batch I used the inkbird for. This was also my first temp controlled fermentation.     Anyone using Center of Gravity Brewhouse?

    I found it interesting that they upgraded the Darkstar to the SQ14 style banjo burner which is a huge improvement over the jet burner but then put out the Center of Gravity tower with the old jet burners. Would have been nice to see the same SQ14 banjo burners in the tower.

    Removing the headache of trying to deal with ambient temp is awesome. I'm excited about it and my first temp controlled batch is only 72 hours into fermentation!
