    i have had one for a couple years my element and controler didn't come from brew hardware i use an inkbird controler. i love it works very well. cleans easily my efficiency went up when i started using it. i use a 1500 watt element on 10 gallon batches.

    coriander and vodka

    Thanks for the response. Im going to brew the wit this weekend and I will post the results in a few weeks. I have tried adding the spice at 2 min and flame out and havn't got the flavor I have wanted. I will be brewing ten gallons and plan to play with two different levels of spice thanks again...

    Im consideng crushing coriander and soaking it in vodka to addto the secondary for a wit. Any thought's?
