    Hello, I Got a batcch of welchs concentrate and it has stop bubblinglong as i can track! Do campden tablets work for stabilization or do i need potassium sorbate?

    Fermentation on low specific gravity

    I have a question if someone knows weather a wine that starts fermentation with a potential alcohol per volume of 7% (SG of 1.060) will have a shorter fermentation period or stage than a wine that starts off fermentation with a potential alcohol per volume of 15% ( SG of 1.114)?

    I dont have either also. The other option that i have is placing it in a wine cooler which its highest temp. is 65? Which will be better?

    Can fermentation occur allright at 84 degrees with fruit juce that doesnt contain anything of grapes? Will It turn into fruit juice wine?

    If SG is lower than 1.000 can it be stabilized with campden tablets and then bottle? If so how much time and under what conditions should it be done with the campden?
