I work at a 'Brew on Premise' brewery called Caribou Brewmasters. We have 6 copper steam kettles for 50 litre batches that we brew in, using only the finest quality hops, canadian malt extracts, grains from all over, and whatever other interesting things you want to brew with. We also do a wide range of other things from wine coolers, to fruit ciders, and red and white wines. Both from fresh grapes and premium kits. We also do experimental fun stuff too.
