I guess I lucked out with the 5 gallon jug. I didn't add anything, but it has lots of chunks in it which I guess means it is keeving. I'm curious, what do I do with it when it's done? How will I know when it's done? What do I need to look for to tell that it's done? I don't want to spoil this...
