That may be the case, but even if it was, why would it still be fermenting for all this extra time? do you think it will reach 1.006 as a FG to be able to be bottled?

Hello, I've just received my alcoshot set, and two packets of the finings are crystallised and dried up, they are in date, but in the second set I bought, the finings are not crystallised,
Do you think they will still be okay to use?
