    well, doing the freezing method with apples for country wine and I've just filled my first demi john. What should it smell and taste like? subjective i know, but it didn't smell very nice, not bllllleeugghhg but not nice. have i messed up?

    hi, first post but been reading and learning on here for a while, so thanks. I'm interested in using the mesh bag method preparing fruit and would like to make my own with draw strings. What material would be most suitable? Mosquito netting, muslin, or plain cotton?
