    So $15 for a 70yr old bench style capper is worth looking into? I have always used swing tops but they get expensive.

    I have a SG of 1.055... is that enough? Should I add more sugar? I can live with a slightly less alcoholic beverage if thats all the difference. Thanks for the info in advance.

    Hello from Rhode Island

    My name is Scott and I am just starting to experiment with fruit wines. Last year I made a LOVELY :cross: Welch's wine and am starting to make some fun concotions for the summer. One of my co-workers (JustMrWill) turned me onto the site and I am LOVING the information.
