Yakimavalleyhops.com has both. I use el dorado in my blonde and it’s awesome. I get cherry and watermelon from it. My wife says she gets strawberries.

you said it is 'bitter' and 'cloudy'. how are you pouring your beer? are you being careful to leave the yeast in the bottle? everything else sounds ok.

Mine are soldered then wirenuts then tape I believe. I'm not sure who did the electrical in my house but they went above and beyond.
