I've been brewing since the early 80's (yeah, more than 30 years). Focus primarily on lager (German) style beers, not really interested in ales, IPAs, flavored beers or the like. Can't drink Weissen, allergies to something in them. Had stopped bottling for kegging but will be resuming bottling this year because there are a few expats that want my beer but don't want to maintain a keg at home
