Just got the kegs and serving setup figured out.
Now I need the new inkbird temp controller to use the little fridge as a fermentation chamber. Hoping to do a bunch of lagers in the new year.
Very cool - I just tried my first Kentucky Common (6row, flaked corn...). Really excited about this. Fermentation is going well.
I think it is going to taste like the illegitimate child of a dunkel and pilsner

As long as your fridge is kept at normal temps, they should still mostly be active. Just tip the bottle around a few times and let them do their thing below 70 degrees somewhere safe.
Also, be sure to keep those bottles out of sunlight
Many thanks to all contributing here before me. Took me longer than I wanted but I read everyone of your threads and finally finished my own Brew Rig. First All-Grain batch on it today.
