I gotta start looking for a temp controler today..........Hopefully I'll have it next week and ready for whatever I brew on the weekend of May 6th. Looking at my calendar I have a 10 batch of something planned for that weekend.
She went to a grage sale today and bout me a deep freez........(pics to come later). I am just a tempature controller away from using it to ferment in.

I always use some Co2 to push the sanitiser thru the diptube and out of the faucet. Then I rinse the same way. I don't bother with the purge. My kegs don't stay that full for very long.
I bought a perlick faucet yesterday so I can stick it in the door of my beer fridge. The wife is not really pissed, she just shook her head. I don't think she get suprised anymore at the things I do in the name of BEER.
