I have seen several DIY towers made of PVC, but has anyone seen a tower DIY'd out of square metal tubing? Or anything else for that matter. I am looking for something a little more unique.
I am considering making one out of 4" square tubing. I would basically weld a T together, and have two...
i have a similar keezer with coffin, and i just used an old computer fan. i wired it to an old cell phone charger and just set it in the freezer. it circulates the air really well and keeps my insulated coffin nice and cool. and it was about $5.
now that you have the picture thing figured out, can you post some more? specifically of all the plumbing and maybe one of the inside? i want to try to make this for tailgates. great job on this.
I am finishing up my keezer (see build here) and one of my last steps is securing the tile. i plan on grouting it, but I could use some advice on sealing it to prevent any beer or water from getting under the tile and rotting my wood.
anyone have any tips, advice, tutorials?
Thanks, Russ

i got my 3 way (giggity) put together and all the fittings attached. someday i will upgrade these. they are very cheap but they are dispensing beer just fine i promise:)
in previous posts i showed the insulated PVC that i made to run the beer lines through and the hinged back door to access it. it looked good on paper and in theory, but was impossible in practice. the hinged door is useless because there isnt enough room inside the coffin to do anything. once...
yes they will close all the way. this is one of the reasons i added the layer of trim around the tap holes. i clamped everything together several times and tested for clearance on the tap handles and they close the way i have it now. it was a win-win because i think that extra trim added a lot...
