    Komucha mold or yeast

    Hi. I'm a new Kombucha brewer. Third batch in and this has happened. I have looked at various images online, but can't decide if it's mold or a harmless yeast. It's all white. It looks like clumps of powder spread across the surface above the Scoby. Any opinions gratefully received.
