Monday brewed extract IPA. Used new stir plate to make y. Starter Saturday. Had to add blowoff tube yesterday.
Have 3 week old brown Porter with Stuck fermentation. Nothing going on there.
Brewed my Christmas Bier Sunday night. Used starter yeast. Initial OG 1.098. Fermenting quickly 9 hours later. 36 hours later, nothing in airflow. Thought it was stuck. Checked bucket lid. Must not have snapped her down, lid had popped up. Now 6 days later still going strong every 4 seconds.

Live in Garfield. Wife bought me a small beer machine from Brookstone 15 months ago; upgraded to two 5 gallon buckets in January. Brewed Irish Red Saturday night. My Irish Stout should be ready St. Paddys weekend.
I am new at this . Just brewed first 5 gallons , of Brown ale, have an Irish Stout bottled, now brewing an Irish Red.
