    BIAB Maximums

    My brew kettle is 19 inches wide and fits over all four burners. Heats up fairly fast. My maximum is 28# grain and 11.75 gals. water for my big stout. Less than a half inch from top and careful stirring.

    I made a barleywine thats in primary now. Its 12% abv. I have 4 lbs. of raisins soaking in about 650ml.of a 47% rum. Any idea what my abv. would be after 3 months in the secondary? Im quessing about 1% on the rum and know idea on the raisins. Just looking for an aprox. for labeling bottles.

    Those numbers for my water are correct. I think i'll use all ro water for now. Need to play around with those water calculators now for my next beer.
