    Pretty good, no complaints really. The only thing is I was shooting for the clove flavor to be more predominate flavor, but I think the bananas won that fight. I was told higher fermentation temps (70ish) causes more banana flavor, and lower (65 ish) the yeast produce more of the clove taste.

    Good luck! I just tried mine that I brewed a month or so ago. One word of wisdom though...I used gypsum and irish moss...and my Hefe didn't have that cloudiness that it was supposed to have. I didn't think about it at the time I was brewing. I assume that this is the reason the beer is...
