I think you are being too impatient(like I was) I used same yeast as you and though it was done and dead at 1.30ish after a few days. I raised ferm temp(beer temp) to 70 and let it sit a week. I just kegged my second batch of this and both have gone from 1.65 to 1.010 & 1.011. I was shoked...

Interesting, I think I want to try this our next week. I've had good success with braufessors NE IPA. Can you post an updated grain bill? Seems you have changed it a bit. Brew, dry hop on day 3 and keg on day 7. I figure carb for a week, then enjoy :)

Just sampled my version of this with a brewer at Lagunitas and his response was "really good". This while drinking his "Born Yesterday" which IMO is "really really good"!! Gotta love the Hop Grenade!!

Without reading the entire thread, do you add all 7.5 oz dryhop in one shot?

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

My first brew of this I added the 3 oz on day 4, then the second 3 oz on day 10ish all in primary. I kegged on day 15. No bags, no racking, no grassy flavors or anything. I don't know if it even helps, but when I am doing second dryhop(well after primary fermentation is done) I dangle a Co2...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Just brewed again yesterday, I was gong to do the exact same as the first time since its so good, but...I just can't not tweak a little. This time I added an oz of Citra at 10 minutes...just for fun :) I must drink way too much. I have trouble keeping ANY keg for more than 2 weeks...I just...

Brewing this again tomorrow. Any recommendation to bump the color to more of an orange hue while maintaining flavor?

    Pure RO Water (without additives)

There are two shops locally to me that only sell RO water that I had no idea about until I decided to go with RO for brewing. Look and I'll bet you'll find one. Me, I trust a specific water retailer over a machine at the grocery store.

    Whirlpooling during hop stand/steep ect

Yes, I am looking for anyone's opinion, likely there is no right or wrong, but interested to hear how, and or why people do theirs. Thanks

    Whirlpooling during hop stand/steep ect

So I am two brews into using my new pump and Brew Hardware Spin cycle whirlpool attachment.....which works very well BTW. Most all my brews have flame out hop additions, whether at flame out, 180* ect. I have been running my whirlpool constantly the from flame out till racking. My...

Yes, same grain bill, maybe just a little more of each as I came in at 1.065. People can't believe there is no added grapefruit or orange juice. haha. I just swapped Equinox for the Mosaic.
