Cool the uncarbed beer to approximately 38 degrees Fahrenheit
Hook up co2 at 27-30 Psi fur 30 hours.
Turn co2 off. Disconnect. Purge headspace.
reconnect at serving pressure.

Dry:
2 lb Dry Malt Extract
1 lb Corn Sugar
3 lb Base Grains
