Thanks I am very happy with the rig. The tippy dump arm pivot is 16" long from the front of the frame to the pivot. If I build another one I will have it dump back wards so I wouldn't have to remove the valve to dumb. The mods were very easy to do I would recommend the dump.

After reading a ton of posts and getting lots of good info I am about done with my new rig. All that is really left is caping the tubing ends. I question if I will ever get around to it since I have brewed 4 batches on it and it is working great as is.

If you look long enough on ebay you can get some good deals on industrial recirculating chillers. I got mine for $65 plus shipping. Another $39 for the PID and I was in business. It heats and cools and is able to keep my fermenter cool in my 110 deg arizona garage.
