    Help with a recipe

    I am brewing my first batch ever today. I purchased a bunch of lme and hops from the LHBS. They gave me a copy of one a recipe the brew onsite that should fit my taste buds. Only problem was they brew in 12 gallon batches. I've scaled everything down. Just want to make sure i'm not way off...

    Definitely going to boil, I believe full boil. Also going to force carbonate. Probably going to order a beer gun as well so i can bottle. Got a stash of Grolsch bottles ready to go. A part of me want's to go all grain from the get go, but i talked my self out of it.

    I tried the soda center today. I need to buy equipment for my first brew. Lets just say I was not impressed. The selection seemed slim and the lady was not very knowledgeable. She kept insisting what I needed was the $69 mix part A wit part B into a bucket and your done kit.
