- I was shown how to by a coworker. I have been brewing for 7 years. I have always done BIAB. 5 gallon batches in a 10 gallon pot with a propane burner. I have brewed a lot of different styles Including stouts, ales, Porters, Witbiers, Scotch ales, English Bitters, and I write my own recipes using Beersmith.
