I'm going to Vegas as well.

I'm in Avondale and beginning to design my all electric brewery. I'm worried that a lot of it will be way over my head! Would love to see what you've got going on.

Wow...I am super impressed with everything you've done! You have some insanely good skills! I have no idea where you guys get the skills and knowledge to do these things!

My problem is that I can't seem to brew enough to keep up with how much I drink. I'm currently just doing 5 gallon batches, but I can easily drink 2 cases of beer in a week. I'm already looking to buy the equipment to move to 10 gallon batches and I've only been brewing for a couple months.

Brewed my first batch ever last night. It's a Moose Drool clone. Fermentation seemed to start very quickly. My OG seemed to be right on the money. I really hope it ends up tasting as good as it's looking so far.
