Hi Bray, great job with this thread - I've learned a ton reading it. I have 1 question, in your Ale/Belgian Yeast experiment you mentioned that Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit was highly suggested for sweet meads (which is what I'm making). Did you choose to not use it in your high OG recipes...
