Howdy! I've made a couple Bomm's and Joams but this time tried to do a gallon of traditional with just honey(local producer nice light honey3lbs) and d47 yeast pitched like the directions on the package. I was trying to just use those ingredients but after 34 days my Gravity has gone from 1.112...

I have a gallon of bomm I made about 7 months ago and was thinking of adding some dried orange peel and coriander. Would it be too late to add these flavours or is a new batch a better idea ? I've done berries in the secondary that turned out great ,just want to give this a try. Thanks!

Hi first post here , have made Joam twice and liked it . The third time I added some fresh ginger in the secondary , can't wait to try that . Just wondering if anyone has tried using just strawberry or cherry and how it turned out . I will be trying both in a day or two . Sent from my iPhone...
